As a third culture kid who grew up in the east but received educated in the west, she believes design, as a visual translation for different cultures, builds a bridge for communication. In 2022, Shaoyang founded her personal label, Aydada, as a space for creativity and collaboration among young artists.
STATEMENT OF ART:Design needs to be mindful. Either helping entrepreneurs promote services or helping communities receive attention, design should be people-centered and speak to the culture.
