Born in 1980 in Chiayi County, Taiwan, Shen holds a bachelor's degree from the Department of Architecture at National Cheng Kung University, and a master's degree from the Graduate Institute of Building and Planning at National Taiwan University. He is currently the lead architect at Shen Ting Tseng Architects, a lecturer at Shih Chien University, and works as an architect and artist. Shen has exhibited work at the painting exhibition GEISAI #12 in Tokyo, Japan, and at his solo exhibition I Once Saw a Future Machine held at VVG Thinking in Taipei, Taiwan.
