About Cristiano Fernandes : Cristiano Fernandes is an Industrial Design undergraduate with a Creativity specialization. Designer by formation and entrepreneur, a coach and designers mentor by passion. As a designer, he has more than 20 years of experience and over 15 years as an entrepreneur in the creative economy industry. After being founding partner of a communication agency that employed 180 collaborators, which 40 of them were designers. After selling this company to a multinational group, Cristiano created a design studio, helping the formation of dozens of professionals in field, some of them working with companies abroad. During this period, he had the opportunity to work with large brands from Brazil and abroad. Nowadays, Cristiano has got a portfolio of over one thousand digital interface projects, digital products, and visual identity. He worked with big clients such as Bradesco, GM/Chevrolet, Natura, Nestlé, Sadia, Vale, Rio 2016 Olympic Games, Toyota, and many others. Cristiano believes that designers change the world for the better, identifying challenges and creating solutions so we can all have a much lighter, easy and intuitive world. With all this experience and a coaching formation, he helps unsatisfied designers on their current jobs to grow financially, or to change in a planned way through his career mentoring which is exclusive for designers.
