| DESIGN NAME: Explorer Solar Generator 300 Plus PRIMARY FUNCTION: Portable Energy Storage Set INSPIRATION: Due to the even worse climate environment, the energy crisis has become one of the top priorities. Jackery Explorer Solar Generator 300 Plus is light, portable, and cost-effective with user-friendly designs, allowing everyone to have their own "photovoltaic power station" and providing a practical solution for the highly efficient utilization of clean and renewable energy. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Jackery Explorer Solar Generator 300 Plus is a light and portable energy storage set with high performance. The energy storage with a capacity of 300Wh only weighs 3.5kg. Its minimalist square shape facilitates storage and folding. The 40W solar panel only weighs 1.1kg, with a size of a briefcase when folded. The SG set ensures lightweight outdoor travel and can meet multi-scene (short-distance travel/outdoor camping/household power emergency) makeshift power consumption needs. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The solar panel of this SG set is only about the size of a briefcase in a folded mode for lighter outdoor travels. It can be unfolded by opening the suction buckle requiring no extra trestles. The energy storage adopts a minimalist design language. Its square shape facilitates storage and folding, and its rounded chamfered design endows the product with affinity. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project will finish in June 2023 in Shenzhen. |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The set aims to meet the needs for outdoor power supply with high conversion/high adaptation/high reliability. The energy storage uses LiFePO4 battery cells to enjoy a 6-fold lifetime of regular ones of up to 10 years. It allows fast charging via mains electricity & solar panel and can reach a full charge in 1.5 hours. The solar panel applies mono-crystalline silicon material and ETFE integrated lamination process to enable its photoelectric conversion rate of up to 23% for quick power supply. Made of shock-proof & fall-resistant 94V-0 fireproof plastic, the energy storage with LiFePO4 battery cells has a lifetime of up to 10 years and a remaining capacity of over 80% after 3000 cycles of recharging.
