| DESIGN NAME: Gev Solar Generator S1 PRIMARY FUNCTION: Modular Photovoltaic Sunshade INSPIRATION: The energy shortage problem has become more and more prominent with the world economy's rapid development. The high-cost energy bill has greatly squeezed consumption and production, and solar energy has been widely used as an ideal alternative energy source recognized by the world. Gev Solar Generator S1 aims to bring families clean energy with good performance with lower costs through design innovation and technology integration. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Gev Solar Generator S1 is a modular photovoltaic sunshade that can be customized according to family needs. It is composed of several 200w power double-sided power generation solar modules, which can provide cool space while converting solar energy into electricity and store it in the home energy storage system. It continuously converts clean energy into electricity, greatly saving household energy expenses. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Compared with the complicated installation procedures of traditional roof solar panels, its simple modular structure can easily complete the installation of products without hiring workers. Users only need to build the main load-bearing frame, and the modular photovoltaic panels above can be installed through simple block splicing; The tent has a built-in energy storage module, which can store the electricity converted during the day and use it when there is power shortage at night. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in Shenzhen in August 2022, was completed in Shenzhen in November 2022, and the patent application for the appearance was completed in December 2022. |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The product adopts an aluminum alloy frame with a tempered glass panel structure, which greatly improves the impact and storm resistance of the product and can resist tornadoes above EF2 level. The single modular folding design improves space utilization and reduces transportation costs. Photovoltaic cells adopt the world's most advanced IBC technology route, which can still maintain excellent power generation performance in a high-temperature environment. The inner layer is made of ETFE coating material with excellent flame retardancy and resistance to weather and chemicals and can be used under various conditions. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: It consists of a plurality of 200w power double-sided power generation solar modules.
