View Larger Image and Additional Photos of Nobuaki MiyashitaAbout Nobuaki Miyashita : Nobuaki Miyashita is the founder and CEO of MR STUDIO Co., Ltd., based in Tokyo, Japan. After graduating from Tokyo University of Science, he specialized in a wide range of architectural projects, from office buildings and hotels to commercial complexes and factories, including significant projects like the Toho Shinjuku Building in Kabukicho, Shinjuku. His career includes a significant stint at TAKENAKA CORPORATION, where he gained extensive experience in various building types. Additionally, He has been imparting knowledge as a part-time lecturer at Tokyo University of Science from 2010 to 2017.
I aim to provide distinctive added value to spaces, architecture, and landscapes through concept making that reveals the potential needs and identity of projects, along with innovative design. My field spans a variety of building types including residential, office, hotel, commercial, educational, cultural facilities, and factories, as well as ranging from interior design to large-scale urban development. In each project, I carefully interpret the unique context of the site and strive for site-specific architecture that can only exist in that particular place.
