This is a respond to a previously asked question about the A' Design Award and Competition. The full list of frequently asked questions can be accessed here.
#201: Can I submit my design in 3D Max files? or Jpeg from 3D Max? or can I submit my designs as hand sketching?
The presentation of your design is very important, because a clear presentation lets you communicate your design better. A well communicated design creates an emotional bond with the users, and also the judges. Therefore, you must choose the method that tells your design perfectly, communicating its values, and functions to the audience to create an understanding. To present your design better, especially for the main image, you might need to send a rendering of your project. However, if your hand sketching is superb, you can also submit a hand drawn sketch, but if you could, you should make a very good rendering of your concept. If you have a prototype, photos rather than images can be submitted. If your rendering looks better than the photos, send photos instead. For the documents section, you can upload extra information, 3D views, wiremash, explosion, components, orthogonal views, or any other details as a PDF format as well.
