UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Unigue style of ceramic sanitary ware, remarkable design of fracture glass lines OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: - PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in April 2011 in Bilecik / Bozuyuk / Turkey and finished in February 2012 in Bilecik / Bozuyuk / Turkey, and was exhibited in Unicera Fair in March 2012. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: WC Pan with monoblok cistern : Ceramic (Vitreous china) Wallhung WC Pan : Ceramic (Vitreous china) Counter Top Washbasin : Ceramic (Fine Fire Clay) Furniture: Wood SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: wc pan with monoblok cistern : 690 x 360 x 950 mm wallhung wc pan : 560 x 360 x 340 mm counter top washbasin : 600 x 450 x 160 mm furniture: 1000 x 500 x With washbasin total height 850 mm TAGS: sanitaryware,bathroo RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The idea is to give an impression that the surface of the objects of the set is covered with the fractured glasses. In order to not to sacrifice the appearance of the surface design an intensive research has been conducted to develop production method , assembly parts and auxiliary parts. CHALLENGE: In the creation of the objects of the set the effort has been given to minimize the technical restrictions not to sacrifice the general appearance of the fractured glass like surfaces. Again the maximum care has been given in the design stage to obtain an appearance of an object as if it is one part although it is a combination of several parts.
